You feel behind or like you're not where you “should” be. After graduating or starting over, it’s hard not to compare yourself to others who seem more settled.
You’re disappointed that this new chapter doesn’t feel how you imagined. A big move, new job, or even retirement hasn’t brought the joy or fulfillment you expected.
You’re overwhelmed by change and don’t know how to move forward. Life transitions like ending a relationship or starting fresh somewhere new can leave you paralyzed with uncertainty.
You’re feeling lonely or disconnected from others. Moving, graduating, or going through a breakup can shift your support system and leave you isolated.

Reconnect with your Goals and Values
what if you could
Feel confident about your next steps and no longer stuck in uncertainty - you're making aligned decisions and trusting yourself, even when the path ahead isn't fully mapped out.
Become grounded in your identity again after a loss or transition - you've reconnected with who you are and what matters to you, not just who you were in a past role, relationship, or life chapter.
Embrace change with less fear and more flexibility - even big shifts, like a job change or new environment, feel manageable because you've built the tools to stay calm, focused, and resilient.
Be at peace with where you are right now - instead of pretending you're okay, you actually feel okay: more regulated, more present, and more in tune with yourself.
Get excited about what's next - whether it's retirement, a fresh start, or a new life season, you feel energized by th possibilities instead of burdened by the unknown.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
01 You can get unstuck!
We’ll start by slowing things down and creating a space where you can say it all — the overwhelm, the confusion, the fear of “What now?” Together, we’ll untangle what’s keeping you stuck and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
01 You’re able to reconnect with yourself
Once we’ve identified the patterns, pressures, or pain points that are holding you back, we’ll work on rebuilding your self-trust. This is where you’ll begin to reconnect with your strengths, values, and voice — so your next chapter feels like yours.
03 You can move forward with clarity & courage
With a stronger connection to yourself and a clearer understanding of what matters to you, we’ll start to explore what moving forward can look like in a way that feels aligned, not forced. Whether you're stepping into something new or simply learning how to be where you are, you’ll have the tools and support to make intentional choices and meet change with confidence.

Major life changes (whether chosen or not) can shake up a person’s identity, routine, support system, and sense of control. Even “positive” transitions (like getting married, having a baby, getting promoted, or retiring) often involve loss:
Loss of predictability or control
Grief for a previous role or lifestyle
Uncertainty about the future
Internal pressure to feel a certain way
-
It’s completely normal to feel uncertain or emotionally mixed during a major life change. You’re navigating something new, and your mind and body are still catching up. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to rush to a conclusion but you can explore what’s really going on underneath the surface. Sometimes clarity comes after giving yourself permission to sit with the uncertainty.

The truth is: yes, it’s absolutely okay. Therapy isn’t only about fixing major problems but it’s also a space for reflection, personal growth, and support, especially during times of change or uncertainty. Talking things through with a therapist can help you clarify your thoughts, uncover feelings you might not have noticed, and prevent smaller worries from becoming overwhelming.

My fee is $175 for the initial 60-minute intake session and for each subsequent 53-minute therapy session. I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance company if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
